- Incorrect Product or Damaged in Shipping
- If there is extensive damage to the package when it arrives, please refuse the order
with the shipping carrier.
- If you received an incorrect product please call Customer Service IMMEDIATELY at
(800) 500-3939 or (619) 500-3939. Please have your Order Number from the enclosed invoice available.
Customer Service will provide you with the necessary information to get you the correct
item.
- Scratch-Resistant Lens Coatings:
Every prescription lens we supply comes with a scratch-resistant coating
at no extra charge. However, no lens is scratch proof and surface scratches
can occur with normal wear and tear.
In the event your lenses scratch to the point you want them replaced, we offer a
one (1) time replacement of scratched lenses within a year of your original purchase
shipping date for 50% of the original cost of the lenses for multifocal and
$25 for single vision lenses, plus shipping charges.
PLEASE NOTE: There is no scratch warranty on non-prescription sunglasses
- Cancelling Your Order:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours from the time you entered the order. All
other orders cancelled after 24 hours will incur the actual cost paid for a bifocal
lens and $25 for a Single Vision lens.
